Peter Griffin gestures FINAL by TVsKyle Peter Griffin gestures FINAL by TVsKyle
An attempt to re-do yesterday's Peter poses more on-model. Lots of tracing. Lots. This is as close as I'm gonna get.

That is more on-model than I could ever be with ANYTHING. Looks great! So does Stewie. :)

The sleeve on the top one seems a bit too far in, but maybe that's just me. Good work.

Personally, I'm not a fan of Family Guy, but these are great drawings! Quite close to the real thing ;P

And it looks pretty dang good as a result.

I can't believe all they do on storyboarding is tracing, and the animation in the cartoon's pretty bad. They should just do it all in Flash.

I'm kind of surprised they don't do the show in flash. Even if they did it with onion skinning, they could keep the same look, but then have stock motions. It'd be more efficient, I think. But then, whatever they're doing is giving them a very successful show, so there's probably no reason for them to change their process.

yeah, well it's a shame that this show used to have some nice animation, and then it just got worse over time. Ah well. Good job on the art, and I wish you luck on getting a job there.
